Active Circle now being distributed in Italy

through partnership with Video Progetti, leader in system integration for the Media Industry in Italy

Jouy-en-Josas, April 11, 2011 – Video Progetti, leader in providing broadcast and IT solutions for the media market in Italy, will integrate and sell Active Circle solutions to customers in the Italian market.

Headquartered in Rome, Video Progetti provides complete broadcast solutions to TV channels, production and post-production companies and other customers in the media market, including Mantrics Workflow Manager. The Active Circle archiving solution will complement Video Progetti’s product portfolio by adding a way to store and manage content on disk and LTO tape.

Headquartered in France, Active Circle extends its coverage of the EMEA region and its local presence by teaming up with the leader of Broadcast System Integration in Italy. This is part of Active Circle’s strategy to accelerate its international expansion in 2011 into most EMEA countries and Asia. “There is a strong demand for Archiving Solutions, as many broadcasters and post-producers are struggling with the storage and management of large collections of assets.
