1. Preamble

Oodrive, a simplified joint-stock company (société anonyme par actions simplifiée) with capital of 300,990 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 432 735 082, with its registered office located at 26, rue du Faubourg-Poissonnière, 75010 Paris, publishes and offers, on behalf of all its subsidiaries within the meaning of Article L 233-1 of the French Commercial Code, several websites including www.oodrive.com and www.certeurope.fr (the "Sites"), as well as Products and Services that include the processing and storage of data collected in connection with the use of said Sites, Products, and Services.

Oodrive has created this Privacy Policy in order to communicate its policy and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information concerning users of the Sites, Products, or Services.

This document details how Oodrive uses and collects your personal data and informs you of the measures taken to ensure its protection in connection with the use of the Sites, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to Information Technology, Data Files, and Civil Liberties, as amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter the "Data Protection Act").

2. Consent

By visiting the Sites or using the Products and Services offered by Oodrive and/or its subsidiaries, you accept the rules for collecting and using information described below.

3. Data Controller

Personal data is collected by Oodrive on its own behalf and on behalf of its subsidiaries.

4. Data Collected

We may collect, in particular, your last name, first name, postal address, email address, telephone contact details, IP address, connection data, and browsing data. If you apply for a position online, we will ask you for information about your qualifications and experience.

We may also, where applicable, ask you for billing information (billing name and address). We will retain this data for 5 years.

Your bank card number, if requested by our online payment provider, will only be retained for as long as necessary to complete the transaction.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you have permanent rights of access and rectification to information concerning you, which you may exercise by contacting the OODRIVE Data Protection Officer, 26 rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, 75010 PARIS.

You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data concerning you.

In order for us to process your request, you must send by mail the elements necessary for your identification: last name, first name, email, a copy of your valid identity document, and if applicable your postal address.

5. Purpose – Use of Data

The information collected allows us to:

Manage your orders and optimize our business relationships

Information and data concerning you are necessary for the monitoring and management of our business relationships, particularly your orders. This information and data is also retained for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Personalize our services

Information and data allow us to improve and personalize the Products and Services we offer you and the information we send you.

Visitors

Information and data allow us to respond to Site users, analyze data, plan improvements to Services, conduct trend analyses regarding user behavior on the Services, and assess the effectiveness of information.

Prospects

Thanks to the data collected, we may send you, if you have agreed to this on the collection forms, commercial or promotional documents that may be of interest to you.

HR

Information and data allow us to respond to applications submitted in response to job and internship offers, as well as to unsolicited applications.

6. Data Security

Generally speaking, we have taken all appropriate measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, unlawful processing, accidental loss or damage, and unauthorized destruction, in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.

We provide you with a secure server to access your account information. This server ensures encryption of your information before it is transmitted to our services. We also take appropriate measures to ensure that the information provided is always accurate and up to date, and is kept secure for as long as necessary to carry out the tasks for which it is used.

We have implemented protective measures to ensure the confidentiality, security, and integrity of personal data concerning you. Access to personal data is restricted to certain of our employees and to employees of our service providers who need to know it and who have been trained in confidentiality rules.

In particular, the collection of bank details is always carried out as part of effective and lawful payment security procedures: these measures may include SSL encryption (intended to make data unreadable by others) during the collection or transfer of confidential data. Such details will only be used for online payment purposes and will not be retained.

7. Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell or rent any personal data to third parties, whether collected on the Sites or provided by you during the performance of a Service.

We only share Information with our subcontractors and partners, who in any event only receive the personal information necessary for the performance and provision of the service, and who are in no case authorized to use this personal data for any purpose other than the service in question.

However, we may disclose personal data in order to comply with applicable legislation and to respond to requests from public or governmental authorities. We nevertheless undertake to notify you under the conditions provided for by applicable legislation.

8. Data Hosting

Data hosted as part of the Products and Services offered by Oodrive and its subsidiaries is hosted exclusively within the European Economic Area.

9. Forms

Some forms offered on the Sites are not mandatory. You may therefore choose not to fill them out. Other forms must be completed in order for us to respond to your request or to manage your contracts. By checking the box provided for this purpose in each form, you agree that we may use your personal data for commercial prospecting purposes.

10. Retention Period

We do not retain personal data and/or information relating to a Site user's browsing beyond the period necessary for the purposes of the relevant processing.

Browsing data will be retained for a maximum of 6 months, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

Regarding recruitment data, the retention period is two years after the last contact with the candidate.

11. Cookies

OODRIVE is committed to protecting the privacy of its site visitors and its customers.

We undertake not to disclose information relating to our customers to third parties unless we obtain their authorization.

A cookie is a small text file sent to your browser via our Sites. Through this file, information about your visit is recorded on the Sites.
